 | Transition Academy: session 3 at Staley High School | | | The purpose of the Transition Academy is to provide professional development that will enhance the effectiveness of transition planning in order to ensure successful post-school outcomes for students with disabilities.
This third session will focus on
- Developing employment opportunities for youth with disabilities;and
Fostering school-to-work collaboration and/or interagency collaboration.
